Testcoordination Features

Efios Rail's premier online test coordination tool can be accessed at www.testcoordination.com. It is a hosted environment, where a test team can keep track of the test logistics, planning and resource management.

User Management

Test Team Overview (TTO)

• Weekly overviews of test activities
• Manage different test types, different rolling stock
• Sync with time tables
• Spot missing logistic components by marking them red

• Managed by editors and admins, read-only for staff
• Review changes before they are committed
• Freeze TTO periods, unfreeze as require

  

• Create multiple baselines for each week

Test Results

• Mark tests from the TTO overview as completed or not
• Add custom information about the test
• Depending on the role, extra role-specific information can be added (e.g. train driver)
• Print and share the Test Results overview by PD

Time tables

• Edit and manage time tables for each test shift
• Copy and Paste time tables for repetitive test programs
• Put in comments for each test run in the time table
• Each rolling stock type can be differentiated by color



• Entries are in sync with the TTO table
• Time-distance diagrams are automatically visualized per shift



• Print and share the time tables as PDF
